Built and launched a social impulse-control web app from scratch — users add items they want to buy, set a cool-off timer, share a voting link with friends, and receive an AI verdict when the timer expires. Full stack: Next.js App Router, Supabase, OpenAI GPT-4o, Resend, deployed on Vercel.

- Implemented production-grade HLS adaptive bitrate streaming with Video.js and Bitmovin Player, IMA SDK ad integration, and full Datadog observability for real-time playback monitoring at scale.
- Integrated Stripe and Vipps payment flows with AWS Amplify/Cognito auth, supporting end-to-end monetisation for subscription-based streaming services.
- Raised test coverage with Jest unit tests and Playwright E2E pipelines; introduced Tailwind CSS and Styled Components to establish a consistent design system across the monorepo.

- Architected the full stack independently: Next.js 14 App Router, Supabase (Auth, PostgreSQL, Realtime, Storage), OpenAI GPT-4o for AI verdicts, Resend for transactional email, deployed on Vercel with a custom domain.
- Implemented public shareable vote pages with no-auth friend voting, Supabase Realtime for live vote updates, and an automated cron pipeline that generates verdicts and emails the owner on timer expiry.
- Engineered the full DevOps setup: GitHub branching strategy, Vercel CI/CD, RLS-secured database policies, input validation and rate limiting on public API routes.
