- Built and maintained a white-label, multi-tenant streaming platform for Norwegian regional broadcasters — enabling each broadcaster to launch fully branded web, iOS, Android, and Smart TV apps from a shared codebase; TV Vest was one tenant, with client platforms driving 50% digital viewership growth and 20% total audience growth.
- Delivered consistent UX across web, iOS, Android, and Smart TV from a single TypeScript monorepo (React, React Native, Next.js) — enabling faster feature rollout across 4 platforms simultaneously.
- Implemented production-grade HLS adaptive bitrate streaming with Video.js and Bitmovin Player, IMA SDK ad integration, and full Datadog observability for real-time playback monitoring at scale.
- Owned front-end and back-end delivery for Stripe and Vipps payment flows, including checkout UI, API integrations, webhooks, subscription entitlements and Vipps SSO, secured via AWS Amplify and Cognito.
- Built Node.js/TypeScript backend support for subscription monetisation, user-access workflows and content rules; raised coverage with Jest and Playwright for critical playback, authentication and payment journeys.
